Your Ordering Process at IndustrialPort<\/h1>\n

Transparent and easy to understand \u2013 from account setup to downloading your reports in the online shop<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/header>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

To make our ordering process clear for you as a customer, we have compiled the sequence for the IndustrialPort ordering process<\/strong> here.<\/p>\n\n

We assume a new customer<\/h2>\n\n

In this description, we assume that you are not yet a customer and will first create a user account<\/a>. If you have already set this up, you can skip this part.<\/p>\n\n

User Account Setup<\/h3>\n\n

On the IndustrialPort homepage, click the “MY USER ACCOUNT”<\/a> button in the top right corner. After clicking, the options “Log in” or “Create new customer account” will appear. As a new customer, select the second option and enter your email address.<\/p>\n\n

You will automatically receive an email to complete the account creation. You will receive your password via a secure, encrypted connection. This allows you to log in and start placing your orders.<\/p>\n\n

Select and Order Market Report<\/h2>\n\n

You have chosen an IndustrialPort market report (\u2013 a very good decision, by the way).<\/p>\n\n

In the open order form, please fill in \u2013 at least \u2013 all mandatory fields marked with a red asterisk *<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n

Then click “ADD TO CART”<\/strong>. Above the field, under the heading “Total”, you will see the costs incurred by ordering the analysis.<\/p>\n\n

Currency<\/h3>\n\n

If you wish to pay in a currency other than Euro, you can specify this using the downward-pointing triangle. Euro is set by default; you can change the currency by clicking.<\/p>\n\n

Shopping Cart and Checkout<\/h2>\n\n

Once you have added a report to your shopping cart, a new page will open: There you will see your items, including costs and stated VAT.<\/p>\n\n

From there, you can choose “Continue Shopping”<\/strong> if you are interested in further analyses, or click “Proceed to Checkout”<\/strong> \u2013 the last page in this step will open.<\/p>\n\n

At checkout, your billing data \u2013 if available \u2013 will be automatically applied. The following payment methods are available:<\/p>\n\n

  1. 1<\/span>Invoice<\/li>\n
  2. 2<\/span>PayPal<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Once you have selected your preferred payment method, please accept IndustrialPort’s General Terms and Conditions. The final step is “Submit Order”<\/strong> \u2013 this places a binding order.<\/p>\n\n

    Download Your Reports<\/h2>\n\n

    If you choose PayPal<\/strong> or Sofort\u00fcberweisung<\/strong>, you will receive a link from us via email immediately after the payment process. You can download the ordered report(s) via this link. The PDF<\/abbr> files are immediately available.<\/p>\n\n

    If you choose a different payment method, as a new customer, you will receive the download link as soon as the payment has been credited to our account. With a promptly processed transfer, this can happen very quickly.<\/p>\n\n
